DORZUN is a defense technology company. This notice covers dorzun.com and email sent to addresses at dorzun.com. For anything about your information, write to contact@dorzun.com.

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, organization, the topic you choose, your message, and the time it was sent.
• When you email us: your message, your address and the standard email headers.
• When you visit: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts, scripts and images are served from dorzun.com itself, so your visit is not shared with third-party content networks.

To read and answer your message, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to protect the site and our inboxes from abuse and spam. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

• Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form submissions.
• Resend sends and receives email for dorzun.com, including the confirmation you get after writing to us.
• Google provides the mailbox our team reads messages in.

Each processes information on our behalf, under its own security and privacy commitments, mainly in the United States.

Messages are kept as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, then deleted. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@dorzun.com. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also contact your data protection authority.

Please do not send classified information, export-controlled technical data or other sensitive material through the form or by email. If a conversation needs it, we will arrange an appropriate channel.

This site is not directed at children. If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
